I have setup email forwarding and use another email to test.
However, i didn’t see the test email from my receiving email.
What else should I check for this issue?

Did you check in Spam, Promotions and Social tabs of your Gmail?
yes, i checked in my gmail, but didn’t find any email
So you may to contact support of Shopify so they can check and solve this issue for you.
