Why isn't my email subscription setup registering all subscribers?

I am trying to get my email subscription setup, and am having issues. I’ve tested with 4 different emails, and of those only 1 actually subscribed and shows up in that customer segment. 2 other emails were added to “all customers”, but are unable to be emailed to, and another email wouldn’t show up anywhere. Im using the updated Refresh theme. Would anybody know why that seems to be the case and it won’t register emails to the email list consistently?

Ok update, it seems to work somewhat, by changing my browser I was able to get the other emails to subscribe, however I had to do it several times still before it would do the captcha part, and at that point it registered the emails. it still seems to have issues with my Safari browser however. I did update refresh, is this an issue with the latest update of refresh? (2.0.2)
