My new theme from Etheme is not connecting. Everytime I use the support feature, it redirect me and I am at a dead end. I really need to get my site back up. How can I contact support? This page is not working for me:

Unfortunately, I am unable to open the link you shared either. Can you please share a direct link where you purchased the theme from as I am not familiar with ETheme for Shopify? It looks like those these are for WooCommerce store, but once you share a link where you got the store, we’ll know more.
In the meantime, I suggest checking Shopify Theme store that has a number of free themes that provide the flexibility to build your stores exactly the way you want, without having to write any code.
There are also paid third-party themes built by a developer other than Shopify. These themes are compatible with Online Store 2.0, and vary in price and features.

Do you refer to this website Creative Market? If so, do you have a link to the theme listing on this marketplace?
When I search for the name of your theme ETheme, nothing comes up in my search results. However, this theme is a third party theme, and you will need a developers’ assistance if there are any issues with the theme. If you cannot contact the theme creator directly, you can reach out to Creative Market support on this link.
They will be able to provide more information about the theme developer and point you in the right direction.
