Try this, On the line below the code, paste the code from the Facebook Chat Plugin Settings. Click Save at the top to complete.

please double check facebook business, the code you grabbed, just recheck if everything correct and try to put code again below if that works, if not works, then you have to hire Shopify expert.

after that did you click finish and done in facebook business page?
