I have problem with reports on my facebook pixel. For example a pixel does not record a sales conversion value.
I spoke with Facebook support and they said: “Pixel should be only on Thank you Page, and from what you can see it is also on other pages of the site” and so that it is badly implemented. But I implemented it by Facebook app from shopify store. I did it on my other shops and everything is okay. When I check in event manager is also everything okay. Partner integration done. Hey there - I am happy to help but not following. Your events manager is clearly showing that all server-side pixels (for Purchase) are triggered and they go from Shopify – so your order (with value) should be sent. Is the concern that the conversion_value is not showing up in ads manager.
Remember - your browser pixels;

are getting blocked

have limited cookie time (7 days on Apple devices)
etc.
But your Conversion API is sending the purchase/conversion transaction correctly (per my limited read of the images you have posted).
You can ignore the FB comment - Shopify automatically drops the pixel for FB and triggers it for the full funnel; so its doing the right thing. But remember the FB pixel itself can be blocked or is limited.
