Why isn't my Facebook pixel working on my thank you page?

Hi, we are installing FB pixel on shopify store but its not working on our Thank you page(For Coversion)

and working on all other pages,can anyone help us with guide or process step by step to resolve this.

When we inspect the page we can see the code in the body but not in the header

we have outsource our marketing to an agency still this process of adding Facebook pixel through shopify is possible?

Yes you can do it by yourself as long as you have Admin Access to the Facebook Page & the Ad Account.
