Why isn't my favicon appearing despite successful upload?

I have uploaded my FAVICON in the theme setting however, it is not showing up no matter what codes I input under or above

Can anyone please help solve this!

@Theblumestore - add this code before the in your theme.liquid file and check, href will have your favicon url

@Theblumestore - for now I used your logo, check browser in the left corner and selected code line

@Theblumestore - you can upload favicon image to the files section in settings, and you will have your url once you upload it
