Hi, I am trying to upload a favicon to my Shopify site, but it is not showing up. I have the required code snippet for favicons in my theme.liquid, and I confirmed it is in the head tag. However, it is still not showing up. Can someone assist with this? Website is shopinhouse.com

Adding a favicon to your online store can really help strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. For that reason, it is very important to get it right but naturally, sometimes this can be disrupted.
Depending on what way the code is present in the theme, and if the Favicon was uploaded within the editor, may cause a sort of clash, if not done correctly.
Can you check in your theme.liquid (Online store > Themes > Actions > Edit Code > Theme.liquid) file for the following snippet?
{%- if settings.favicon != blank -%}
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="{{ settings.favicon | img_url: '32x32' }}" type="image/png">
{%- endif -%}
If you cannot find this snippet or the one you have added is different, simply copy the above code to your theme’s code and your favicon should work.

I took that code, put in on an HTML page, uploaded it to a domain and it showed the favicon correctly.
It doesnt work when I input it into my theme.liquid file
