Why isn't my favicon appearing on my website?

hi!

my favicon isn’t showing up on my site, I did many suggested solutions from other posts with no chance

the code of Favicon in theme.liquid is there

I tried to put a lot of sizes icons with no chance also

and also the name showing uplift corner I don’t know how to remove or change it ( attached screenshot)

oh sorry for that make sure your favicon icon 32x32 png file

my favicon icon 32x32 png and i tried many says the same issues

can you please check your default original theme its show or no if issue please contact Theme Support team.
