Why isn't my FB Pixel working properly during checkout?

Hey Team,

I linked my Shopify store with FB Pixel while online store wasn’t published (it was hidden by the password).
Now I understand that it was the mistake.

I made the store visible, but pixel works as expected only in front part ( home page, product detail page), but it’s not showing any events in checkout except ( cart and further checkout process pages).

Any action in checkout Pixel shows as ‘page view’ instead of ‘checkout’ and ‘purchase’ events.

Please help to fix the issue.

try the facebook event setup tool or use GTM for FB pixel and add eventsthere.

I thought about to delete the current pixel and then connect the new one.
do you think it will work?

another question about event setup tool - should I link each button to some event?
I mean that each ‘add to cart button’ for each product should be marked with the event - is that correct?
