Why isn't my first order payment showing up in PayPal Express?

I had my first order not long ago and it was a 14 dollar order and she used PayPal Express. I haven’t been paid for this yet and its not showing up in my PayPal any reason why it wouldn’t be??

  • If the funds have not been deposited in your Paypal account yet and in the Shopify admin page it still says " Payment Pending" on your order status then the customer hasn’t paid successfully.

  • If the funds have not been deposited in your Paypal account but on the Shopify admin page the order status is "Paid", the optimal option for you is to contact Paypal directly to obtain assistance.

If you click into the order and scroll down to the timeline, you’ll see the line in red color ‘A $14 USD payment is pending on PayPal Express Checkout.’ You can click the little arrow to expand for more information like the authorization key that Paypal may need to find the transaction.
