Why isn't my first order showing up on Shopify despite completed transaction?

can anyone please help me find out why my first order on shopify isn’t showing up while the transaction is comleted,

Thanks for reaching out.

If the order has been completed, it should then appear within the Orders section of the Shopify admin. If you do not see the order available within this section, it may be possible that your customer did not complete the checkout process. We should be able to confirm this by checking your abandoned carts, you can find this by navigating to Orders > Abandoned Checkouts. I took a screenshot of my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

Hi,
I checked the abandoned checkouts and it shows zero, while the client
said that they saw message at the end of their checkout saying ‘ thank you
your order has been placed’ while the PayPal has got the funds pending.
