It has been almost a month and still we have had only 9 customers look at the store. No customers have even begun a checkout. I have ran ads for my store and I still have no idea what I am doing wrong here. I went through everything within the Shopify store to to make sure things are running smoothly and it seems to be working out fine. We are still as to wondering what are we doing wrong or what can we improve within our store so that we can begin to start making sales.
It would be amazing if any staff member could give us some advice on what to do next for the Shopify store. Even if its advice on what to fix or what we may be doing wrong already. The thing i want to be able to do is start improving the store and making sales for customers out there. I am always looking forward to being taught new things within Shopify, but like learning new things too, so any advice is appreciated.
Thank You All!!

I needed to access your site with a VPN because access was denied. Are you running a location redirect app? this can sometimes cause problems and gateway payments. Delete the app and see if your traffic increases.
Hello @ALwaysStayFit ,
Greetings! I am Gina from the flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
There are several factors that could be contributing to the low number of visitors and lack of sales on your Shopify store. Below are some common points you could consider to improve your store.
-
Targeting the right audience
One possible reason for the low number of visitors to your store could be that you are not targeting the right audience with your ads. Make sure you are targeting people who are interested in fitness and fitness apparel. You can use Facebook Ads Manager to create custom audiences based on interests, demographics, and behavior.
-
Optimizing your website for conversions
Make sure your website is easy to navigate and that your product pages are clear and informative. Use high-quality images and detailed product descriptions to give customers a better idea of what they are buying. Also, make sure your checkout process is simple and straightforward to reduce the chances of cart abandonment.
-
Improving your website’s SEO
Consider optimizing your website for search engines to improve your visibility and drive more organic traffic to your site. Use relevant keywords in your product titles and descriptions, and make sure your website’s pages are properly structured and optimized for search engines.
-
Building trust with customers
It’s important to build trust with your customers by providing them with a secure and reliable shopping experience. Make sure your website is secure and that you have clear policies in place for returns, shipping, and customer service. You can also include customer reviews and ratings on your product pages to build social proof and trust with potential customers.
-
Utilizing social media
Consider using social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook to promote your store and products. You can use social media to engage with your target audience and build a community around your brand. You can also use social media to showcase your products and run targeted ads to reach new customers.
These are just a few suggestions to help improve your Shopify store and drive more sales. Keep in mind that it may take time to see results, so be patient and continue to test and refine your marketing strategies. Good luck!

Hi @ALwaysStayFit ,
Congratulations on getting your store launched!
I think you touched upon the key issue in your question because you mentioned that you’ve barely had any visitors despite paying for ads.
You need to know who you’re trying to attract, develop a customer avatar, and then create content to speak to that avatar as if they were a real person. If you know who your customer is, then you can map out a content strategy that speaks to them at every stage of their journey and on every level.
Also, consider your Unique Selling Point. At the moment you’re suggesting that the reason visitors should shop in your store is that you sell everything that they need and want and that their products will be “delivered to your doorstep quickly and affordably”:
This is the same proposition as Amazon, a company that can almost certainly sell products cheaper, faster, and more efficiently because it has its own warehouses and logistics.
So you need something that will distinguish you from any competitors! Think about that so that you can include that message in all your content and marketing.
