Why isn't my gif loading in the multi column section on the home page?

Hi,

I’m trying to upload a Gif in place of a normal image in multi column section in Home page. Gif is not visible or it’s not loading, I’m not sure exactly about the problem.

I use Dawn theme and can anyone help me how to get the gif work on my store?
