Why isn't my hero video displaying on Zest theme?

Have uploaded the MP4, showing in the right hand side banner but not showing in the main section or when I preview the page. Pls help.

If the hero video is not working on your Zest theme, there could be several reasons for this. Here are a few things you can check:

  • Make sure the video URL is entered correctly:
  • Check the video file format
  • Make sure the video is hosted on a compatible platform
  • Check for conflicting plugins or code
  • Clear your cache

You can try to do this:

Go to Online Store → Themes → Actions → Edit Code

Go to sections → hero.liquid file

Add autoplay attribute to the

Save and preview.
