Why isn't my ICON theme newsletter form working on my online store?

Hello,

I hope somebody can help me!

We are using ICON theme for our Shopify store.

We add 2 Newsletter fields, but it seems it doesn’t work. After couple trying we didn’t receive any confirmation email and we can’t see new subscribers on the customer list.

Can anybody help me to figure out how to fix it ?
