I’d like to ask about the legal pages and iframes. We have these policies from a provider. These policies generated by html (iframe), pdf or javascript. I simply paste (not the rich text editor) the code what is generated in our providers site. Change back the view and there it is show up the document in the right way! If I go to the store and open the eg.: Refound Policy link from the legals, its shows nothing!
I have tried to check your store link, but it doesn’t appear to be working. Can you please try and share your store URL again so I can take a closer look?
When you say you’re clicking the Refund Policy link from the legals, where do you mean exactly? If you can please share a screenshot, that will be helpful for understanding. From your Shopify admin, when you go to Settings > Legal, are the pages populated there? If not, you can follow our help document on populating legal policies.
If those pages are populated, perhaps the issue is within your navigation settings. We have a great help article on adding menu items. I recommend going to Online store > Navigation and checking that your links are setup properly. Legal policies are typically found in a store’s footer menu. Let me know if you have further questions here.
Once I know where you’re clicking in your store, and what is being displayed, I can hopefully provide some more troubleshooting options. Thanks!
I put the shipping policy into the footer menu to check it out and I also can check it on the checkout page, but still the same issue (the iframe content does not show up).
Temporary I added the pure html code of my content of policies, but this is not a good solution, because I have to look for changes. The original code uses api to fresh the content if something be changed!
Thanks for all of the screenshots and context. Very helpful for understanding what is happening here, I appreciate your reply. That being said, unfortunately anything that interacts with our API is outside of my scope of support, including our legal API. Hopefully, another Community user will be able to provide some information on why this might be happening, and how best to resolve it!
Glad you have found a workaround in the mean time, although I understand why it’s not ideal. If you don’t have any luck in the Community, you can also look at hiring a Shopify Expert who can assist you with getting this setup!
