I installed the free Review App. When I go to install it, I get this message:

It says the app is installed.

To clarify, are you using the Product Reviews app by Shopify? Please let me know the name of the theme you’re using as well.
App blocks are compatible with Online Store 2.0 themes. If you’re using one of the free themes from Shopify, I recommend clearing your cache and checking for browser updates first. Then, if you’re still seeing the same error message, please get in touch with our team through the Shopify Help Center so we can investigate further and help you resolve this.
If the theme you’re currently using is developed by a third-party, please contact the theme developer for further assistance.
