Why isn't my iPhone test order working on the Bogus Gateway?

Hello,

I’m about to finish my website and i’m now doing test orders through computer and iPhone.

I’m currently doing my Iphone test order and doing the “Bogus Gateway” test order and it keeps telling me the card number is invaild. On the steps it said to but 1 2 and 3 which I did in everyway possible and somehow still not working. Does anyone know what I can do? I really want to test order through mobile phone.

To provide some context, simulating transactions with the Bogus Gateway will require specific details to be entered at checkout. I recommend referring to our Placing A Test Order documentation for more information on successfully completing this.

If after reviewing the documentation, you continue to receive a credit card error I recommend attempting the following troubleshooting steps outlined below:

  • Ensure the credit card numbers (i.e 1, 2, and 3) are being entered separately at checkout. Each card number will simulate a different transaction.
  • Ensure the purchase being made is higher than $1 USD.
  • Try accessing the shop from an incognito/private tab to complete the test purchase.
  • Try accessing the shop from a different browser (i.e Chrome or Firefox).
  • Try placing the test order from another device.

If after attempting all of the steps above, you continue to receive an error, please Contact Support to allow for further investigation.
