Why isn't my Klaviyo abandoned cart reminder sending emails?

I have a problem with klaviyo I made a flow when customers abandon their cart. The flow I picked was Abandoned Cart Reminder Standard I customized the emails to fit my needs. The time delays were in minutes since I wanted to test it out. I went to my store added a product to cart and filled my information as if I were a customer picture down below. I then abandoned my cart and waited for the email’s to come, and it never did. The current theme I have is Debutify 4.6.0. Why isn’t working is there something I need to do? I have shopify notifications turned off.

Did your klaviyo account integrated with shopify sucessfully?

Yes it is integrated successfully. I tested a pop up with a discount that I made a while back and it worked I received the email successfully. The only thing that doesn’t work is the abandoned cart flow. I had debutify 4.6.0 I was going to copy the web tracking code from klaviyo into the theme code, but couldn’t find product.liquid. I even clicked on the update setting button while I had the dubutify theme and I got the pop up “Please confirm updating this integration.” I clicked submit and it gave me a green check mark that it was successfully integrated. Now I have the brooklyn theme I copied the web tracking code from klaviyo to product.liquid. It still doesn’t work. The image down below is what I get when creating a new abandoned cart flow, I even added to cart with my email if I were a customer and nothing. Yesterday I installed omnisend I made a abandoned cart email and it worked I had no problems while using the brooklyn theme. Is it klaviyo that doesn’t work or is it shopify?
