Hi. My live view map just vanished. Everything else works, can see if someone on site etc but no maps. Anyone else having this issue?
I can confirm that the ‘globe’ isn’t showing on my store right now either.
I’ve reported the issue to Shopify’s support team, and they have assured me that they’re working on a fix. I’d recommend checking back again in a few hours.
You can also check the Shopify status page (https://www.shopifystatus.com) to see if there are any updates on this issue (though it’s not currently listed, they should post about it soon).

Mine also isn’t working for two days now.
If you click where it says 1 visitor with the green dot next to it that’ll take you to the map.
