So this morning my shopify live view was perfect. But now, I open it and the globe doesn’t show up. It’s a blank gray screen except for the data at the bottom. But now my customer behavior isn’t showing up either. It’s always at 0 now even though I have 6-12 views at one time. I always have active carts or checking out so I am confused can someone help me see my data again?
I can confirm that the ‘globe’ isn’t showing on my store right now either.
I’ve reported the issue to Shopify’s support team, and they have assured me that they’re working on a fix. I’d recommend checking back again in a few hours.
You can also check the Shopify status page (https://www.shopifystatus.com) to see if there are any updates on this issue (though it’s not currently listed, they should post about it soon).

We have recently launched an app called Cart Whisper, which gives you live insights into what’s happening in your store, showing when customers add products to their cart, you can then see the country the customer lives in, the device they are using, and gives you the option to automatically convert the customer’s cart to a draft order with a click of a button, it shows you what the customers add to their cart, the country the customer lives in, and much more, so might be helpful to you if this is the info you are looking for.
