I have created my website and made a holding page but when you enter the website in a browser ( www.velvetthreadlondon.com ) you cannot see my logo and the page looks broken. Any advice?

You try to check the domain settings inside Store settings.
Did you change anything in your theme.liquid file? If it yes, please revert it to previous version and check if it can solve the issue
