My cart doesn’t update until i refresh my page

Hope you are doing well.
If your cart does not update automatically when you increase/decrease the quantity then you need to add the custom code to your theme file to refresh the page or cart section automatically on the click of quantity update buttons.
Another way to update the cart is to add the update button and after making changes click on the update button to update the cart.
I will recommend you hire a Shopify expert to make these changes to your store.
