I am using the Symmetry theme and my menu hamburger icon is not opening my nav on mobile versions 
please help someone

Thank you for getting in touch. Have you tried accessing your site through different web browsers on your mobile device? Is the issue happening on each one?

Unfortunately, I cannot get hold of Clean Canvas (Makers of the theme) there is no way to log aa query, open a ticket or get in touch. I am not having any luck with that, which is why I came here.
Yes the menu is completely broken on mobile, doesn’t work on any browser and I did try multiple.
There seems to be a JS issue on other discussions of the same nature, but I cannot solve it if I do not know what to remove/edit.

I checked and your theme.js file is minified, so it will be difficult for me to check it.

I went to their contact page (https://support.cleancanvas.co.uk/contact/) and noticed that there did not seem to be an option to contact them directly if you choose the “Theme not working properly” option, as you mentioned. However, if you choose “Help with your theme settings” and select Symmetry from the drop-down, there is then an option to submit a question to the developers:
Clicking here will open up a question form you can submit.
Alternatively, you can seek help from a third-party professional to find a resolution. I see that @LitExtension has already offered their services above, but you can also check out our Experts directory to help you find a specialist you can hire for this issue.
