Why isn't my multi-color selection changing on Shopify?

HI,

I have multi colors, when I click on one of them, the color was not changed.

I’ve contacted print on demand, they say this is shopify issue.

All the variants have been verified , in fact they’re imported from P.O.D.

I also have long sleeves, it works.

why the t-shirt doesn’t work ?
