Why isn't my new product showing up on the collection page?

First question, I added a new product, but the collection page doesn’t change, and the product number doesn’t change also.

Second question, I can edit the themes—customize—collection page and Can be saved, but view online store is still unchanged.

Please give a suggestion!!!

#1: Are the new product you added to the collection? Since you want to display a product on the collection page, you need to add it in the Collection Admin.

#2: It will have 2 cases:

  • 1: You saved in one template and checked on another template.

  • 2: After you changed, did you see it show the changes in Customize? If not, it’s possible that your theme code is faulty.

#1: yes, I added my new product to the collection, and I go to edit customize i saw my new product on the homepage, but the “all product page” doesn’t see my new added part, and the product number doesn’t change.

I edit my customize collection page and save it, but after a few seconds still old page comeback, "save "doesn’t work. (view online store home page can see my new product, but collection page/all product page doesn’t show new product)

#2:same as #1, after changing, I saw it show the changes in customize, but after a few seconds old page come back "save "doesn’t work.
