When clicking “create new” to create a tiktok shop to connect to Shopify, nothing seems to happen. Why is this ?
A lot of times it’s a browser or account issue. Try opening it in an incognito window, switch to Chrome if you’re using another browser, and disable any ad blockers or extensions. Also make sure you’re logged into the correct TikTok account and that your region is supported for TikTok Shop. If it still does nothing, clearing your cache or trying a different device usually helps narrow down the cause.
