Hi, I’m new to Shopify and starting my business using Shopify. I add my domain to Shopify it is connected but when I try to visit that it shows something went wrong. There was a problem in loading the website and also when I try to buy a plan it does not allow me to buy a plan as well during the trial.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with as well as the error message you are receiving.
Did you attempt to clear the cache on your browser, by any chance? In some cases, this may clear up the issue that you are experiencing with purchasing a plan for your store. If the issue persists, I would suggest trying to use a separate browser. As for example - if this issue is occurring on Safari, try this action on Google Chrome.
In regards to your domain, did you purchase this domain directly from the Shopify platform? Or, did you connect a third-party domain to your Shopify store?
If you have connected your third-party domain to your online store, you may need to change the DNS records of the domain in order to have it properly connected to your store. You will have to add Shopify’s IP address as a A record which is 23.227.38.65. Once that is completed, you will need to point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com. This will allow the third-party domain to be connected to your online store without displaying the error message you are receiving.
