I purchased my domain today and verified my email and got charged. However my domain does not show up in my domain options and when I press “connect existing domain” it says it already exists. Keep in mind I purchased this on Shopify and when I look up the site it says this below. Sorry for the photos I posted this on my phone.

This sounds like there may have been a slight delay with the payment confirmation or perhaps the domain is taking a few moments to set up in your admin.
Can you try to clear your cache and check your domains section again?
This should hopefully reconnect the domain to your account, and you’ll then see it listed on your Domains page in your Shopify admin. Please note, that your domain may initially have a notification next to it saying ‘Setup in progress’ or ‘SSL pending’. These should resolve within 48 hours of re-establishing the connection.

Have you thought about designing a logo? It’s the face of your company and could potentially be everywhere that your brand exists.

I don’t think it is a cache issue since I have this problem on the app on my phone as well. I contacted chat support and they said I might need to be connected to a technical support team member to have to take a look at my account.
If clearing the cache did not make a difference then getting in contact with chat support was the next best step as they will be able to escalate the issue through to our technical team. I will go ahead and do my best to troubleshoot on my end also!

Ya I am in contact with someone right now but they keep saying that I need to wait the 48 hours for it to connect. I keep trying to explain that it isn’t my problem. The problem is that the domain wont even show up in the domains section of my admin page. I am assuming the 48 window has to do with the domain changing in the site itself not the shopify admin page.
Even though this is an old video the domains section should look something like this after purchase but I do not see the shopify managed domains section.
