after a lot of work building the site and finding suppliers, we finally launched our online store end of last year.
While organic traffic brings in a couple of hundred visitors per month and we’ve had a couple of orders already, the shop is not converting as we’d wish. Therefore, we are currently running a google ads campaign to test conversion and optimize the usability of our store.
The CTR of the campaign is at above 10% which is fantastic, but unfortunately the traffic still does not convert. Users visit the site, click around a little bit but then leave after an average of 30 seconds and with a bounce rate of 89%.
I am hoping to get your feedback on what the **** we might be doing wrong. Honest words welcome. We are passionate about the products we are selling. We are convinced they are good and use them ouselves. Still, somehow our site does not seem to be convincing enough to buy.
