Why isn't my online store going live after reactivation?

Hi guys, I deactivated my store a few months ago but decided to reopen. I have signed up to a plan and the money has gone out. Worked on my website and got everything up to date. When I checked my store was live it isn’t there. I’ve checked it’s not password protected etc. Any ideas who I can contact?

It’s awesome to hear you’ve decided to reopen your store! From your message, it sounds like you’re able to log in to your Shopify admin without any issues, but you’re not able to view your storefront, is that right? Let’s troubleshoot that and get your store online asap!

Please answer the following two questions for me:

  1. Do any error messages appear when you view your storefront?
  2. Have you tried viewing your storefront from an alternative device?
