I’ve started a store from my cell phone but it’s too difficult to completely build it from such a small screen. After I logged into Shopify from PC it says the store isn’t listed. Just says to “reload the page or try later” I’ve tried for over and hour and I’ve finally given up. Please help.

Do you have a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing on your end? Just so that we can take a closer look at the issue you’re facing and to help troubleshoot the situation.
On top of the steps listed by @stegmasterol , you can also troubleshoot using the steps below to see if it’ll help you gain access to your store:
- Try logging in to your Shopify store via an incognito window.
- Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cookies and cache before logging in.
- You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try to access your Shopify store on Chrome or Firefox.
- You can also try to use another device, such as a different computer or laptop, if you have access to one.

To get in touch with our team, you’ll need to login to your store via our help centre here. If you’re unable to login via the help centre too, you can select the ‘Continue without logging in’ option. After that, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you’ll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team.
