I was able to view your site on desktop and mobile without issue.
It also came up as the first result when I checked for it on Google. If this issue occurs again, you can always check that your browser is up-to-date and supported as mentioned here and try clearing your cache here.
By the way, I had a browse through your store while I was checking your link and I wanted to say well done! I really love any stores that have handmade products, and I am a big fan of Tie Dye shirts! One thing I did notice, it appears that you have not yet added store policies to your Shopify store. It’s important to include policies such as Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Legal Notice/Policy. Clearly defining your store policies will not only instill confidence in your customers, but also show that you are committed to providing excellent customer service.

Thank you so much for checking in on me. Yes my store is finally on google
but unfortunately I still do not know how to set it up to receive
payments by credit cards. I thought I did but I still don;t see that there.
I also thought I set up the policies using the generic store policies from
shopify but apparently that didn’t work too! I wanted to do this store
byself because I do not have a ton of money to pay someone to set it up but
it looks like I will have no choice but to get some paid help. I just need
to find someone who won’t cost me an arm and a leg. Any thoughts? I
havent made a single sale in almost 3 months and I am running out of
options!

Can you let me know which payment methods you are missing payments from?
As I can see that you have some express checkouts listed on there and also payment by Visa card on your checkout.
To add payment methods to your store, you need to follow along with the steps listed here and set up an account/have an account key for the respective provider.

With your store policies it might be the case you haven’t added them to your footer menu and that might be why they are not showing. You can learn how to add them by clicking here.
