I’m not sure where I am going wrong here
So I have a few stores but I’ll just be talking about 1.
www.artloverstreats.com this is a kind of variety gifts store and the store I have the most data on.
I use Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, & 2 others to drive traffic.
Had 4736 people in my store, 3347 have made it to checkout, and I have had only 1 order!
I checked the system, even placed mock orders to check all discounts apply & all texts on taxes/shipping are correct and have found no errors.
I have marked down prices, give free shipping, updated Page to look more professional, posted on social, and am to the point where if I don’t start making money I’ll have to close!!!
Please help

Hi there, @Sal-e-sMama .
Thanks for sharing your store link and posting to the Shopify community.
I’d like to start off by saying you’ve done a great job clearly displaying your store sales and making the sidebar menu easy to navigate. I understand that you’re looking for feedback on your store to identify why customers are not making it past the checkout. Rest assured, I’ll share some feedback and tips to help identify any pain points.
On my end, I wanted to test the customer experience by browsing your website, adding an item to the cart and heading to checkout. I noticed that at the Information stage of the checkout, you ship to the United States only. This may be a factor why customers get to checkout and abandon their cart due to not being able to have shipping options for their country or region.
Shipping internationally can help with the following:
- Increasing your customer base
- Help your business diversify revenue streams
- Gain a competitive advantage over a business that does not ship internationally
- Help build brand recognition and increase visibility in new markets
- Provide your business with access to new markets that may have a higher demand for your products or services
I would also recommend looking into condensing some of the content on the homepage to help simplify the customer experience. Simplifying your homepage can help with the following:
- Making it easier for users to navigate and find what they are looking for. It reduces the cognitive load on users and helps them focus on the most important information.
- A simplified homepage can have faster load times.
- Improve a website’s search engine optimization (SEO). Search engines like Google prioritize websites that are easy to navigate and have a clear hierarchy of information.
- Increased conversions, making it easy for users to take action, such as filling out a form or making a purchase.
Let us know what you think regarding the feedback and if there’s anything else you’d like assistance with.
Keep up the great work!
