Can you tell me the exact day and time the payment was made? It is most likely that the payment is still processing but knowing the exact day/time will help to confirm this. The processing time varies depending upon where you are located. For example, for the USA the time is 2 business days from when a charge is processed (not including weekends) so given that today is Monday, it is possible that you are still within the processing window.
