Hello,

I am unable to track order. When any customer is got order confirmation email with order tracking id.
The tracking id is not working and it redirect to other page.

It looks like your tracking numbers are being added in Shopify, but when customers try to track them, they’re getting redirected to the wrong page or seeing an error like in the Whistl screenshot.
