Hey @Sohan2198
It looks like your tracking numbers are being added in Shopify, but when customers try to track them, they’re getting redirected to the wrong page or seeing an error like in the Whistl screenshot. This kind of issue usually comes down to either the carrier being set incorrectly (e.g. set as “Smartr” but using a Whistl link) or the tracking number not being recognized yet by the courier (especially common with newly generated labels), or even maybe the URL being pasted or formatted wrong
If you’re managing lots of orders and tracking numbers manually, it’s super easy to mix up the carrier or paste the wrong URL.
I suggest you try ParcelPanel Order Tracking comes in handy. It helps streamline the tracking experience by automatically syncing tracking numbers and redirecting customers to the right courier page, no matter the carrier. You can also customize your own branded “Track My Order” page so customers don’t get confused by broken links.
Might be worth checking out if this issue keeps popping up.
Hope this helps a bit!
