Why isn't my paid order showing in my payout or transaction history?

my order is showing it was paid . But it’s not in my payout or in my transaction history?

I would like to make sure I fully understand the context before offering more support, so could you please clarify for me:

  • Do you see an order in your orders page that your customer paid for?
  • Did you fulfill the order or is it pending?
  • What payment gateway did the customer use (was it PayPal or Shopify Payments for example)
  • Are you dropshipping or are you fulfilling your own products?

For clarity’s sake: sometimes you will be notified of a payout but will not see the money in your account for a few days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

If you have screenshots you could provide me with that would help me get a snapshot of what’s going on so that I can better help you!
