I am using the Atlantic theme for my store and have set the set to be password protected while I am on holiday. I would like to share the password with a potential customer, but when I tried to click “Enter site using password” it does nothing. The url in the search bar changes, but the site page does nothing. Does anyone know a remedy for this? Thanks!

What browser were you using when you noticed that this issue occurs? I recommend that you check it out on the Google Chrome browser if you haven’t already, and try clearing the cache and cookies following these steps here just before you do that - that can often resolve similar issues.
As well as this, you can also try it on an alternative device i.e. if you’re trying this on mobile, give it a go on desktop.
Finally, try to reset your internet - sometimes network errors can cause similar issues.
If none of the above works, I recommend you bring this issue to your theme developer. The reason our own team cannot look into it for you is because Atlantic is a third party theme, but I have a link to their developer website here, - you will find their contact options and you can discuss the issue with them in detail.
Lastly, if you’re unable to reach the developers, an option for you would be to contact a Shopify Expert. Shopify Experts are people who work externally to Shopify and charge their rates based on the work that they do. They can help with third party theme related queries such as what you’re experiencing here!

Thank you for your help.
I have tried those things you mentioned: trying different browsers, clearing cache and cookies, etc. to no avail.
I also tried it on multiple devices and none of them work. I even had my husband try to access it on his computer with no success.
I will reach out to my theme developer for assistance. Thank you!
