Guys who can tell me, they don’t write payout date, so I can’t understand when the money will go to Wise, what could be the problem? the first transaction was a test transaction made by me, with a high fraud risk, five days have passed and there is nothing, and yesterday two purchases were made, and there is also no payout date. From the view of your screenshot, it looks like your payouts haven’t been assigned an expected date of delivery to your bank account on file. This suggests to me that your Shopify Payments may not be completely set up, or you don’t have a bank account on file attached to receive your payouts. Can you do a quick double-check to make sure that you have finished your Shopify Payments set up, and that you have a bank account on file prepared to receive payouts? I know that you mentioned that you expected your payouts to go to your ‘Wise’ account - can you tell me where you’re operating from where you’re using Wise?

Yes, I linked my personal bank details from Wise to Shopify Payments, everything is set up correctly Maybe the problem is that these are my first orders and I just sent them?

When we see ‘pending’ next to a payout, this can also just be informing us that the transaction is in a ‘pending’ state before being allocated to a payout and delivered to you. This would also explain why no date for a payout is present, as none of the transactions listed have progressed past ‘pending’ to allow for a date to be intended for delivery.
You likely just need to wait a few more days for the transactions to clear. If another day or two go by and the status of these transactions don’t change, use this link to reach out to our authenticated Live Team so they can jump in and investigate if there is a larger issue occurring.

If you have a scheduled payout, then you can view the payout details directly from within the Shopify admin. However, if you’re not seeing a scheduled payout yet, then you can view the order’s timeline and to see whether there’s a date scheduled for the payout of the order.
