I’m fairly new to this but the Button for personalizing items on mobile is not showing any help greatly appreciated

Are you using your mobile browser to access your Shopify store or are you using the Shopify Mobile App? Feel free to send a screenshot of the issue if you can.
Depending on whether you are using the iOS version or Android, there are some steps listed here on how to update the app, just in case that’s causing the issue. Let me know how it goes!
