Hello, I’m using the new Dawn theme and I’m trying to change the product display order as seen on the Home Page. I have no issues going through the Admin to Products, then Collections. I have multiple collections in the backend, but all 9 of my SKUs are listed in the Collection designated Home Page as I believe they should be.
Once in Collections, I click the Home Page Collection where I can see all of the products I want to sort. I even get the sort menu and I can sort the products every which way you can image… Unfortunately, the display order does not change on the Home Page even when I refresh or clear cookies. Am I overlooking something?
Hi Dan, that solution does not work for us. We’ve tried that and the default sorting does change for the products “while in the Home page Collection,” however, the items do NOT change on the homepage.
All is good! I had the Features Products set up as the defaulting on the home page as opposed to the All Products as defaulting to my Home Page. Once I made the switch, I was golden.
