Why isn't my product line syncing and domain adding in Shopify?

Hi guys,

2 issues…

  1. My product line that I’ve built in Subliminator (on-demand app with a pretty poor support) is not transferring to Shopify. Subliminator has not been helpful, so I am not sure how to resolve it.

  2. I manually added the my domain yesterday and followed all instructions, but my domain is not yet added in Shopify after 24 hours. In the video it was mentioned that I can add it automatically if registered with 1and1, but there was no option for that, so I added manually.

Please help me to solve both issues ASAP.
