Why isn't my product page pop up visible?

Hello :heart:

I would like to know why my popup “How do we measure?” is invisible/does not appear where it is supposed to be (Area circled in red on the screenshot below)

However I put it in the admin personalization as you can see below on the screen shot

So I would like someone to help me (please) to make the pop up “How do we measure?” Visible WITHOUT MODIFYING THE DESIGN OF THE REST OF THE PAGE.

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
Step 2: Asset->/section-main-product.css->paste below code at the bottom of the file:

.product__description + .product-popup-modal__opener {
    display: block !important;
}
