Not sure if this is the right discussion group, but I am testing my cart (which has worked for years) and when I place a promo code in at checkout nothing happens and the “apply Code” box keeps spinning (thinking). The codes are live. Is Shopify itself having a problem?

I would be happy to help you resolve this. The original issue in this particular was that a manual discount code hadn’t been added to the checkout. Manual discount codes need to be added by the customer at the checkout in order to apply to the cart
