Why isn't my purchased domain showing up on Shopify?

I have purchased a domain, glamup.online, on your platform and the payment was successful. I have received details for the configuration via email, but the domain still does not appear in the list of domains on Shopify. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

I’ve taken a look at your domain (glamup.online) using WHO.IS, which is a free online domain tool, and it indicates that the domain was purchased on 8/18/2023. Did you purchase the domain 10 days ago or did you purchase the domain around the time of this post?

Based on the error message shown in your screenshot, it indicates that the domain is connected to another Shopify account. From my understanding, it looks like the domain was indeed available for purchase but it may have also been previously connected to a Shopify store. To resolve this, we’ll need to access your account and assist you with connecting the domain to your store. It can take up to 48 hours for your domain to start working (If you’ve configured the DNS correctly pointing to Shopify).

If you are facing this problem after 48 hours, it can mean a number of things.
Let’s troubleshoot this together…
First, we need to make sure we’ve configured the DNS settings in a following order…

If you’ve purchased your domain through a third party, then you need to edit the following DNS settings:

  • Your A record should point to Shopify’s IP address, which is 23.227.38.65
  • Your www CNAME record should point to shops.myshopify.com

please help me how to solve this problem. Can you find me a solution or at least delete it as a domain that I can buy a new one. I don’t want to pay year after year for a domain that I don’t have. Can you tell me where to contact you for this problem. thanks for the answer

I bought the domain in shopify. More than 10 days have passed and it does not appear. Configurations are done by email.
