I bought a theme. It also shows up under invoices. However, only the test version is available to me. I have already contacted support via email. they wrote to the theme creator. now the theme creators mean that it has nothing to do with them. who will help me now? is it not possible to refund the payment? I mean I paid through shopify. or you should finally get it activated. I do not understand the problem.

If you’re positive that you have an invoice specifically for this theme purchase, you may be able to click “Buy” on the theme again to move it from the Trial state to Paid. However, I recommend asking our support team to double check this with you before you troubleshoot. If that doesn’t work, the team will be able to put you in touch with Billing and Payments who can resolve the issue for you.
