Why isn't my reactivated store visible on any device?

Hello,

I have reactivated my store but is not visible from any device! I have already paid the monthly plan but i cant still visit my store. Is it becasue i had unsuscribed the apps? If i pay the apps then it should work?

Hello @alexis230693 ,

Have you checked if your store is not password protected? In Shopify, go to Sales Channels > Preferences > Password protection > untick enable password.

Otherwise, no one will be able to access your site even once it’s live.
