I’m trying to get a refund for shopify bill that got deducted today.
But the support persons are getting this error.
Can anyone help me out. To solve this error.

With regards to this billing inquiry, what exactly is our team saying now since the refund attempt did not go through? You are speaking with the best team to handle this since only our internal teams can handle billing inquiries such as this one and process those refunds for us.
I also would recommend giving it some time for the transaction to be posted. If the bill has only been deducted today, I’m assuming the transaction is still pending which is why it was not able to be refunded but definitely looking forward to hearing more from you to get a better idea on what is happening.
Given the issue is also connected to your credit card/bank, we also recommend you reach out to them to inform them of this failed refund transaction to see what resolutions they may have for us as well.
