Why isn't my renewed domain working on my ecommerce site?

My URL---->> www.quiqcartdeals.com or quiqcartdeals.com STILL ISN’T WORKING after renewing it. Once I switch to this URL either my page doesn’t load or it keeps reloading on repeat by itself, and displays an error message “SSL UNAVAILABLE”

I asked for Shopify Support but the experts couldn’t fix it, they simply asked me to contact cloudflare which I know nothing about. Well Cloudflare never responds back even after I created a new account.

Please help as this is hurting my business.

I understand that this is a frustrating situation.

From your screenshot, it looks like the domain does not have any other issues apart from the SSL certificate - when you reached out to our support, did they mention that they provisioned your cert for you? And if they did, was there an error message to say why it failed? Typically when the SSL does not go through, we should see some error on our end that indicates why this was the case.

I understand you have already contacted support, but in this particular case I would recommend you try this again here, and this time request to have your SSL certificate provisioned. The reason that I am redirecting you to that support link is because we currently do not have the ability to look into your account details via the Shopify Community.

I spoke to another shopify expert who advised me to remove and re-add the subdomain and it worked! I’ll be keeping a close eye to see if the error persists. Thanks Lana

Unfortunately this didn’t fix the problem, it’s still happening.
